Melissa of Flowers by Cina just celebrated her 20th Anniversary of being in business even though she’s only 29 *wink wink*! She's one of Robin + Kelsey’s personal besties and together they’ve worked on a bazillion weddings together.  Being one of the top Floral Designers in Orange County, Melissa is extremely respected and looked up to in the industry. She and her team design the most show stopping florals that get published nationally!
